We understand that a ticket price of $250 may raise some questions, so we’ve outlined why this unique experience is worth every cent. Here’s everything you need to know about the event:

 What’s included in the $250 ticket price?

Your ticket offers a complete luxury experience, including:

• A two-course gourmet lunch crafted by top chefs, using only the finest local and seasonal ingredients.

• Immersive dining experience where guests are able to watch and interact with the chefs while they create the dishes.

• All-inclusive premium bar with a curated selection of wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcohol beverages. This package runs from the very start to the very end of the event. 

• Live music entertainment will be playing throughout the afternoon bringing a celebratory vibe.

• Access to a unique, historic celebration of 150 years of racing at the iconic Narrabri Racecourse.

How long does the event go for?

The gate will open from 12.00pm and the bar will close at 5.30pm. 

What does an 'all inclusive bar' really mean?

The bar and all it has to offer (a selection of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcohol options) will be accessible by all ticket holders for the entire 5.5 hours - so the whole event!

 What table will I be on?

You can purchase 'individual' tickets as a single ticket or multiple in one transaction. When booking, there is an option to let us know if you have other friends coming. Just enter their names and we will do our best to seat you all together.

Tickets purchased in individual or multiples (less than 10) will be allocated their seats to tables by us to make up tables of ten. You'll be able to check upon entry which table you are on. 

Alternatively, if you get a group of 10 and book a table, you will be automatically seated together.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

No problem! At the time of booking your ticket you will be asked this question. Please advise what the dietary requirement is.

 Do I need to print or bring my ticket?

No need to print off your ticket! You will receive an email from the ticketing platform "Trybooking" with a ticket you can show on your phone. If you don't have access or if someone purchased on your behalf, we will also have the ticket list at the gate and will mark off guest names as they arrive.

 What is the dress code?

'Classic racewear' seemed the appropriate dress code for this event - so anything that resembles something you would wear to an actual horse racing meet should get you out of trouble!

This is an all-inclusive experience with no additional costs, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your day!
